Dear Madam/Sir,

I am here in Manchester as a visitor. I need to make a suggestion that if being implemented, your lovely city would be much more attractive.

 A really unpleasant item in all my pictures here is a vast number of bins!

I have been living in Porto, and they have solved this issue by making cavities below the pedestrians, covered with slabs and suitable sluts. If required I can send you some pictures or films when I return there and you will approve that for a tourist, these many trash bins sound very very ugly.

You can eliminate the usage of so many plastic bins besides improving the appearance of the city.

I would be happy for any assistance if needed of course.
